PROJECTION OF FATIGUE AND NEUROMUSCULAR CHANGES CAUSED BY DIFFERENT EXCISES

ABSTRACT Introduction: Athletes’ muscles can be weakened by fatigue caused excessive activity. This limitation compromises their functional capacity and professional performance. The competition's performance correlates positively with muscular quality of function. changes analysis different athletic activities in muscle contraction noninvasive tensiomyography reflects the state muscles. Still, no experiments are adapted to verify risk level. Objective: Verify possible relationship between exercise neuromuscular using tensiomyography. Methods: 90 athletes were randomly selected weightlifting, badminton, athletics sports. Maximum radial displacement, contraction, delay, duration, relaxation time indices collected. Muscle detection was based on empirical mode decomposition modeling method Rogers sensitivity fluctuation rate. All values collected rectus femoris before after exercises. They statistically treated compared (P<0.05). Results: showed a decline maximum displacement exercise. It reveals that considerable tension, especially track field group (from 8.57±3.42mm 5.43±2.14mm). However, slightest change delay observed weightlifting (16.21±4.15ms initial versus 18.34±3.27ms final). Conclusion: Through technology, it is obtain fatigue, analyzing physical activity effects way.
